This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances under which Hawick of Scotland, accepts product returns and issues replacements or refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns only in the following cases: • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery. • An incorrect size has been sent compared to your order. Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to quality or accuracy.

2. Replacement Policy

• If the returned item meets the above eligibility criteria, we will arrange for a replacement in the correct size or same product. • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds (Issued as Store Credit)

• If the requested replacement size or product is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of shopping credits (store credit). • Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. • No cash or bank refunds will be provided, except in cases where we are legally required to do so.

4. Reporting a Return or Replacement Request

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@hawickofscotland.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. 2. Once approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions. 3. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. 5. Shipping Costs for Returns • If the issue is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong size sent), we will bear the return shipping cost. • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to retrieve the product. 6. Damaged or Defective Items • For damaged or defective items, photographic evidence is required before approval. • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not clearly demonstrate a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. 7. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Hawick of Scotland, processes and delivers customer orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described herein. h4>1. Shipping Coverage 1.1 Domestic Shipping (India) We provide delivery to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may be subject to additional lead times or restrictions. 1.2 International Shipping We offer international delivery to select countries. Availability, rates, and timelines depend on the destination and applicable carrier services.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Domestic Orders • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹5,000 (inclusive of taxes). • A flat fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹5,000. 2.2 International Orders • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination. • All rates are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, or other levies imposed by the destination country.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions. • Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for delivery. • Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• All customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be settled directly with local authorities at the destination. • Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, returns, or forfeiture of the shipment.

7. Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from the courier, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. • Orders returned under such circumstances may be reshipped only after payment of applicable charges.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Hawick of Scotland shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: • Force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather) • Strikes, labour disputes, or transport disruptions • Customs clearance delays • Pandemic-related restrictions or regulatory changes
